The 609 Indoor Reception Hall - $3,000 - $8,500

This 300 guest capacity wide open reception hall includes two fully stocked & furnished apartments for the bridal party, a catering kitchen, large built-in bar, incredible porch for private vows & intimate first looks, and doors that open up the space to the outside on two sides for access to the garden for yard games, a mobile bar, firepit, and so much more! Includes our outdoor wedding arbor as well.

Amenities: Wi-Fi, Tables & Chairs, Multiple Smart TVs, 2 bedrooms & a catering kitchen in the primary apartment, 2 beds in the studio up stairs apartment with a secondary kitchen for the bridal party, an elevator, built-in bar with ice machine & storage closets for drinks directly behind it, hotel-style amenities in the apartments for the bridal party, 2 restrooms in the reception hall & 4 in the apartments for 6 restrooms total, two drink refrigerators in the reception hall with complimentary water bottles, access to the outdoor areas of the farm - fishing, viewing of the animals, and more!

Reception Hall Details: 4,000sq ft building with an 80ft by 50ft reception hall.

Reception Hall Only Package: $3,000 (Use of The 609’s Indoor Reception Hall without the apartments included. 6-hour rental. Ideal for those having their ceremony at a church or elsewhere & then utilizing our facilities for the reception only)

Weekday Special: $4,000 (Discounted Weekday Rate, 10am event day to 10am the following day full day rental where the bride & groom can stay overnight, Mon. - Thu. options only. Only one of the two apartments is included.)

Full Day Rental: $5,000 (10am event day to 10am the following day, both apartments included, overnight stay for bride & groom & wedding party only)

Weekend Getaway Package: $8,500 (10am Friday to 5pm Sunday, both apartments included, overnight stay for the bride & groom, wedding party, & immediate family of the bride & groom only)

The Pavilion & Outdoor Amenities - $500 - $3,500

The indoor/outdoor convertible Pavilion is 30ft by 35ft and can accommodate 75 guests with the walls down or 100 guests with the walls raised. Includes several outdoor ceremony locations, fishing in all ponds, multiple gazebos & our 40ft bridge, viewing of our aviary & other farm animals, and two large fields for activities on top of all the Pavilion’s amenities being catered for those looking more to DIY their wedding.

Pavilion amenities: sound system, wi-fi, smart TV, two restrooms with showers, ice machine, all tables, chairs, and benches, catering kitchen with serving bar, and multiple outlets & hooks all around the building to make decorating a breeze.

Small Weekday Party Package: $500 (Mon. - Thu. events with less than 40 guests for 5 hours. Ideal for microweddings, elopements, or a ceremony or reception only option)

Small Weekend Party Package: $750 (Fri. - Sun. events with less than 40 guests for 5 hours. Ideal for microweddings, elopements, or a ceremony or reception only option)

Large Party Package: $1,000 (5-hour rental, events with over 40 guests, any day of the week. Ideal for a ceremony or reception only options)

Full Day Rental: $2,500 (8am to midnight, up to 100 guests without adding on our Garden Party Tent, or 150 with the Garden Party Tent to expand the pavilion)

Two Day Rental: $3,500 (8am to midnight both days, great for a more DIY approach to set-up and decorate the day before the wedding & accommodate the rehearsal dinner.)

Click the top right button on our website labeled “Availability Calendar” to browse available dates. Then schedule a tour for the facility you prefer for your event from the selections above. We would love to show you around & discuss how we can help bring your dream wedding to life at Willow Tree Farms in Ringgold, GA! Once you feel confident & ready to reserve your date at our venue, all you have to do it let us know which package you would like to reserve in which event space, the date of your event, and the timeframe if applicable to the selected package type. From there you will receive an online contract & invoice through our HoneyBook app, which will also be sent directly to your email. Once we receive your signature on the event contract & your retainer for the event is paid, you will officially have your wedding reserved with us!

The Pavilion can be expanded through an outside tent rental or our discount tent rental option that we already have in our inventory on site! Available for half the price of other rental companies.

A $750 flat rate available to add onto any event. Ready to be placed against The Pavilion for reception seating to free the main space of The Pavilion for the dance floor or to utilize to have your ceremony under in case of rain.

Details: 20ft x 40ft with adjustable walls to be fully open or enclosed.
