The start to something incredible.

We have been working on The 609 for over a year, turning it from a home to another part of the venue side of our homestead. Being able to finally showcase it alongside so many of our favorite friends, vendors, and neighbors was a blessing. We had some great food, great drinks, and a great time! A very special thank you to everyone who came out to support us and explore this new event option in town! 3.23.25

This was our first open house but certainly not our last. While you can book a private tour any time with our easy online booking, we plan on holding open houses at least twice a year going forward. While we work on planning the next one you can join us during The Willow Tree Collective Vendor Markets on the last Sunday of every month April - August of 2025. While shopping at local vendors and exploring some great food from our food trucks, you can stop by The 609 for a tour during the markets. We could not have had such a successful day yesterday without our co-hosts, Complete Weddings & Events NW GA & Chattanooga. Every day we appreciate our incredible vendor partners and their support and guidance as we grow from parties and corporate events more into the wedding industry. Our small staff relies heavily on our local vendors to help make the magic happen at our venue alongside our team. Complete Weddings & Events provided us with some lovely background music via one of their DJs while Sonia helped us set-up and place vendors for this event. Farm to Fork and Board & Boozie brought some incredible samples for us to try that were to die for! And don’t get us started on the drink options Red Tie Crew, Sip & Tell, & Nostalgia Tap Trucks brought out. They were so delicious!! Red Tie’s mocktails tasted just like the real thing and everyone experimenting with glitter drinks is definitely one of our new favorite bar trends alongside all the cute trucks and trailers you can use as a bar that are perfect for our outdoor event spaces! New this year we have just added Dream Cakes to our vendor list. Maria brought tons of her rentable wedding cakes to showcase a more budget friendly cake option for your big day and they were all so stunning. Whimsy on Main displayed a few of their gorgeous wedding dresses in front of our vintage carriage. A Resin to Remember brought so many beautiful creations to share with us, we were blown away by their versatility & range with all the things they can do with your wedding flowers and other keepsakes! Arianna with Savvy Soiree was a huge help with table set-up and running the open house with us, definitely check her out to help manage and coordinate your big day, she is such a sweetheart! We got to try some of Swig’s awesome drinks. They are such a cool new catering option in town with the best staff ever. Also new this year we had Estokes Creations join us with her incredible live wedding paintings, invitations, and other wonderfully handmade goodies. Southern Class graced us with a gorgeous table spread of her china and tablescape rentals.

Each of our vendors gave away a few fun things throughout the open house and then our grand prize was $500 off your next event in the 609! One lovely couple used it to book our luxurious weekend getaway package for next year, locking in not only that $500 off but also our 2025 pricing! Talk about a wedding day win.

This open house gave us a great opportunity to get feedback from our vendors on how to optimize the space for each of their specialties. We are already hitting the ground running on implementing their suggestions to help make your next event run as smoothly as possible this Monday. Our team is incredibly excited for what the future has to hold for us with this new event space. Our second wedding in The 609 is taking place this weekend so this week will be full of property maintenance, cleaning, and arranging. We take pride in maintaining the view for our guests and ensuring our event spaces are pristine before your arrival. Often spending several days prepping for each event. With spring finally here, we are so happy to be jumping back into event season!
